Bloomeffects Royal Tulip Nectar

truly nectar for the skin. it hydrates and isn’t irritating while maintaining a good level of dew and juice to the skin. only an overnight product for me as it is a touch ~slimy~ for lack of a better word. tulips are beautiful and also functional! highly recommend reading up or listening to the founder chat about what makes Bloomeffects so special.
